Monday to Sunday, 11:00–19:00

Our salon operates by appointment only.

2. Bookings and cancellation

• Treatments are available by prior appointment only.
• Our salon serves one guest at a time, so please arrive on time.
• Free rescheduling or cancellation is possible at least 24 hours in advance.
• For cancellations within 24 hours, 50% of the treatment fee may be charged.
• In case of a no-show, the full booking amount or 50% of it may be charged.
• In case of late arrival, the treatment time may be shortened proportionally.

3. Arrival

• Please arrive 5–10 minutes before your appointment.
• In case of late arrival, the full treatment time may not be guaranteed.
• Due to the next guest's appointment, the treatment cannot be extended.

4. Gift voucher

• Gift vouchers are valid for 3 months from the date of purchase.
• Prior appointment booking is required.
• Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
• We accept no liability for lost or damaged vouchers.

5. Payment and prices

• Prices are stated in Hungarian forints (HUF).
• Payment is possible by cash or bank transfer.
• Prices may change without prior notice.
• Already confirmed bookings remain at the previously quoted price.

6. Health requirements

• Please inform us of any health issues or injuries.
• Treatment cannot be performed in case of fever, infectious disease, open wounds or acute inflammation.
• In case of pregnancy, please consult us in advance.

7. Liability

• Massage services do not replace medical treatment.
• We accept no liability for consequences arising from health issues not disclosed by the guest.
• We accept no liability for valuables.

8. Privacy

• We treat our guests' personal data confidentially.
• Data is used exclusively for appointment booking and communication purposes.
• We do not share your data with third parties.
